摘要
目的评价横向思维在精神科专科护士沟通技能培训中的应用效果。方法采取整群抽样方法抽取2018年在四川大学华西医院参与精神科专科进修培训的40名护士作为研究对象,以“六顶思考帽”为主要方法的横向思维教学模式,开展精神科专科护士沟通技能培训,应用护士临床沟通能力量表测量调查,进行评价培训效果。结果经过3个月的专科护士培训,研究对象的临床沟通能力总分为(4.352±0.274)分,高于培训前的(3.889±0.583)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.543,P<0.05;培训后专科护士在护士临床沟通能力中的6个维度得分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以“六顶思考帽”为主要方法的横向思维教学模式对提升精神科专科护士的沟通能力有积极作用,值得推广和应用。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of lateral thinking in the training of psychiatric specialist nurses' communication skills.Methods A total of 40 nurses who participated in the training of psychiatric specialist nurses in West China Hospital of Sichuan University in 2018 were selected as the research objects by the cluster sampling method.The communication skill training was carried out by the lateral thinking teaching mode adopting six thinking hats as the main method for those psychiatric specialist nurses.Nurse Clinical Communication Ability Scale was used to measure and evaluate the training effect.Results After 3-month training for those specialist nurses, the total score of clinical communication skills was (4.352±0.274) and it was higher than that before training which was (3.889±0.583), and the differences were statistically significant ( t =4.543, P <0.05).The specialist nurses' scores in the six dimensions of Nurse Clinical Communication Ability Scale after training were significantly higher than those before training ( P <0.05).Conclusion The lateral thinking teaching mode adopting six thinking hats as the main method plays an active role in improving the communication ability of psychiatric specialist nurses, so it is worth popularizing and applying.
