从伏气学说探讨清瘟败毒饮在传染性单核细胞增多症中的应用 被引量：7

摘要 基于伏气学说理论,结合现代传染性单核细胞增多症的发病机制,探讨其中医病因病机及气血两燔证的治法与方药,认为感受邪气(EB病毒),久伏机体,日久化热,内生伏火,正气日久渐虚,感受时邪,内外合邪,热毒炽盛,热入营血,炼津成痰,痰热瘀互结是传染性单核细胞增多症的病因病机。结合临床,确立以清热泻火,凉血解毒为法,以清瘟败毒饮治疗传染性单核细胞增多症。
