摘要
介绍低温甲醇洗装置氨系统及配套氨压缩机工艺流程,针对运行过程中氨冷却器泄漏问题进行原因分析;在氨冷却器提供冷量不足的情况下,采取相应措施,确保了装置正常运行。
The ammonia system of the Rectisol plant and the process flow of the matching ammonia compressor were introduced. The cause of leakage of ammonia cooler in operation was analyzed. Under the condition of insufficient cooling capacity of ammonia cooler,corresponding measures were taken to ensure the normal operation of the plant.
