摘要
目的:建立复方氨基酸注射液中铝含量的测定方法。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定注射液中铝元素含量。结果:铝浓度在5~200μg·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996);平均回收率为103.2%,RSD为4.5%(18AA);平均回收率为106.1%,RSD为2.6%(18AA-Ⅰ)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于复方氨基酸注射液中铝的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of aluminum in compound amino acid injection. Methods:The ICP-MS method was used for determination of aluminum in compound amino acid injection. Results:The response of aluminum showed good linearity ( r =0.999 6) in the range of 5-200 μg·L^-1 . The average recovery of18AA was103.2% with RSD as 4.5%, and the average recovery of 18AA-I was106.1% with RSD as 2.6%. Conclusion:The established method is simple, rapid, and accurate. It can be used for determination of aluminum in compound amino acid injection.
