摘要
目的 探讨思维导图联合回授法对鼻咽癌放疗后患者吞咽功能、自护能力与生活质量的影响。方法 选取本院2017年10月至2018年12月收治的60例鼻咽癌放疗患者作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和干预组,对照组给予常规护理及健康指导,干预组在对照组基础上采用思维导图联合回授法进行健康教育。比较两组患者吞咽功能、自护能力及生活质量。结果 干预后3个月干预组自护能力测定量表各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后3个月电视X线透视吞咽功能检查评分及吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对鼻咽癌放疗患者实施思维导图联合回授法进行健康教育,可提高其自护能力,有效改善其吞咽功能及生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping combined with feedback method on swallowing function, self-care ability and quality of life among patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy. Methods To select 60 cases of patients with radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and intervention group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine nursing and health guidance, while on the basis of control group, the intervention group was given health education by combining mind mapping with feedback method. We compared the swallowing function, self-care ability and quality of life of patients in the two groups. Results After 3 months of intervention, the scores and total scores of the self-care ability measurement scales of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group( P <0.05). The TV X-ray swallowing function test score and the dysphagia-specific quality of life scale score in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying health education of mind mapping combined with feedback method for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy can improve their self-care ability. Meanwhile, such kind of intervention can improve their swallowing function and quality of life effectively.
