摘要
级联式模块化多电平矩阵变换器(Modular Multilevel Matrix Converter,M 3 C)是一种新型直接交-交变换器,拓扑结构由级联H桥构成,其优良特性适用于中/高压大功率变换场合.介绍了M 3 C的拓扑电路,分析了构成拓扑电路的H桥开关单元的工作状态,并且详细地讨论了各个桥臂连接规律和开关操作方法.采用SVPWM调制策略,区别于以往M 3 C运行时随机选择导通桥臂的调制策略,提出了轮换应用三组桥臂连接模型来合成输入/输出的优化控制方法,通过三组不同的桥臂连接状态使各桥臂的动作次数趋于一致,且出现“+1”、“-1”状态的次数相同,以达到更好的输出效果.构建了基于Matlab/Simulink的M 3 C的仿真模型,验证了所提出的调制策略的有效性和可行性.
