摘要
随着吉林省农业对外开放格局的不断深化,吉林省同俄蒙两国的农业合作与交流也日渐频繁,对于加深中俄蒙经济走廊建设,助推吉林省农业产业转型升级,加快吉林省农业产业“走出去”,实现东北经济振兴等将产生重要作用。基于此,对吉林省农业产业融入中俄蒙经济走廊的合作基础、合作潜力以及不确定性进行具体分析,进而提出吉林省农业产业融入中俄蒙经济走廊的合作路径,必将进一步加深吉林省与俄蒙两国的农业产业合作,加快吉林省向北开放窗口建设,重塑东北亚地区农业产业价值链分工体系,助推吉林省农业经济更上一个台阶。
With the continuous deepening of agricultural opening-up pattern in Jilin Province, agricultural cooperation and exchanges among Jilin Province, Russia and Mongolia are becoming more frequent, which will play an important role in deepening the construction of Chinese-Russian-Mongolian economic corridor, boosting the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry in Jilin Province, accelerating the agricultural industry in Jilin Province to “go out”, and realizing Northeast economic revitalization, etc. In order to deepen the agricultural industry cooperation, speed up the construction of opening-up to the north of Jilin Province, reshape the value chain division system of agricultural industry in Northeast Asia, and promote the development of agricultural economy in Jilin Province, this paper analyzes the basis, potential and uncertainty of Jilin Province's agricultural industry integration into China-Russia-Mongolia Economic Corridor, and then puts forward the cooperative path.
