摘要
目的研究细节管理在医院消毒供应室中的应用效果。方法将2016年5月~2018年6月在广东医科大学附属第二医院消毒供应室工作的20名工作人员作为研究对象,我院2016年5月~2017年5月未实施细节管理作为对照组,从2017年6月~2018年6月实施细节管理作为观察组,比较两组的回收及时率、包装质量、发放及时率、消毒灭菌质量、服务质量、服务态度及满意度。结果观察组的回收及时率评分、包装质量评分、发放及时率评分、消毒灭菌质量评分均明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的服务质量评分、服务态度评分均显著高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在医院消毒供应室中实施细节管理可以提高工作效率和工作质量,完善消毒供应室的各项工作流程,从而提高医院的诊疗质量,更有利于医院的长远发展,值得进一步推广和应用。
Objective To study the application effect of detail management in disinfection and supply room in hospitals. Methods 20 staff members working in the disinfection and supply room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from May 2016 to June 2018 were selected as research objects. Detailed management was not implemented in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017, which was set as the control group. Detailed management was implemented in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018, which was set as the observation group.The timely recycling rate, packaging quality, timely release rate, disinfection and sterilization quality, service quality,service attitude and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Scores of timely recycling rate, packaging quality, timely release rate and disinfection and sterilization quality of the observation group were all significantly higher than those of the control group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The service quality score and service attitude score of the observation group were all significantly higher than those of the control group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of detailed management in disinfection and supply room of hospitals can improve work efficiency and work quality, improve the various work processes of the disinfection and supply room to improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment in hospitals. It is more conducive to the long-term development of the hospital, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
