摘要
无花果是一种无花果是一种营养及其丰富、功能神奇的药食同源植物资源,其果实、茎、叶和树皮等器官均具有重要的开发利用价值。本论文简述了无花果中的主要功能性成分,综述了无花果中蛋白质、黄酮、多糖、脂肪酸等功能性成分的提取分离及其生物活性研究进展,并进一步概述了无花果产品开发和应用现状,以期能为进一步利用和开发无花果资源提供参考。
Ficus carica is a medicinal and edible homologous plant with high nutritional value.Almost all parts of this plant including roots,stems,leaves,branch and bark are reported to have important medicinal values.The main functional components in Ficus carica and the research progress on extraction,separation and biological activity of functional components in Ficus carica were summarized including the development and application situation of Ficus carica product as well,which provided a reference for further utilization and development of Ficus carica resources.
