摘要
本试验的目的是探究黄芪首乌提取物对断奶仔猪血液指标及免疫的影响。本次试验随机选60头同日龄健康无疫病、血缘关系一致、体重为8.17±0.78kg的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,采用完全随机设计,分为两组,每组设3次重复,每组重复10头猪。其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组为基础日粮+0.5%黄芪首乌提取物。该试验期共49d,其中预试期7d,正式试验42d。结果显示:与对照组比较,试验组IgG含量极显著增加12.61%(p﹤0.01);TP含量极显著增加20.86%(p﹤0.01);ALP含量显著增加14.19%(p<0.05)。因此,黄芪首乌提取物具有提高仔猪免疫力的功能。
This experiment was designed to study the effects of astragalu s root and polygonummultiflorum extract on blood indexes and immunity of weaned piglets. 60 healthy piglets of the same age with a body weight of 8.17±0.78 kg were randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 replicates in each grou p. The control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental group was fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.5% astragalus root and polygonummultiflorum thuextract.The trial period was 49 days, of which 7 were adjustment period and 42 were formal.Compa red with the control group,the results showed that the content of IgG in the experimental group was significantly increased by 12.61%(p <0.01);the TP content was significantly increased by 20.86%(p <0.01),the ALP content was significantly increased by 14.19%(p < 0.05).Therefore , the extract of Radix Astragali and Radix PolygoniMultiflori can improve the immunity of piglets.
