摘要
朝鲜族名师队伍建设关系朝鲜族教育的可持续发展和民族教育现代化的实现。通过对10名朝鲜族名师成长历程的个案研究,分析不同发展阶段,提升专业知识、专业能力、专业认同和专业投入的途径,从横向和纵向维度探究名师成长的特征,分类出以教学驱动型、科研创新型、自我实现型、学段跨界型和培训顿悟型为特征的五种朝鲜族名师成长的横向维度和以超前成长型、稳定成长型和滞后成长型为特征的三种纵向维度。研究发现,培养朝鲜族名师的最佳成长类型为教科研探索型。研究结果将为朝鲜族卓越教师的培养和建设提供借鉴,对其他民族教师的培养也有一定启示。
The construction of the Korean famous teachers' team is related to the sustainable development of the Korean education and the realization of the modernization of the national education. Through the case study of the growth process of 10 Korean famous teachers, this paper analyzes the different stages of development, the promotion of professional knowledge, professional competence, professional identity and professional investment, from the horizontal and vertical dimensions to explore the growth characteristics of Korean famous teachers. In the horizontal dimension, the growth is characterized by teaching-driven, scientific research innovation, self-realization, cross-disciplinary and training epiphany types, while in vertical dimension, the growth can be classified as advanced growth, steady growth and lagging growth. The results show that the best growth type for cultivating Korean teachers is the type of teaching and research type. This study hopes to provide a reference for the cultivation and construction of Korean outstanding teachers as well as for other nationalities.
