摘要
BIM作为当前建筑行业的先进技术,可与装配式建筑技术高度集成,实现全过程成本的可视化、标准化、协同化、模拟化和精细化控制。为降低装配式建筑成本运用BIM技术对目前装配式建筑的成本控制环节面临的问题展开研究。通过BIM技术的全元素动态监控控制技术对装配式施工进行实时监测,并比较BIM技术在已知实例的可行性和效率,以获得资源配置和施工效率两者之间的平衡点,从而实现最大限度地降低建筑施工成本并实现资源配置的最大化利益。
BIM as the current advanced technology in construction industry, it can be highly integrated with prefabricated building technology, to achieve the whole process cost visualization, standardization, collaboratization, simulation and refinement control. The BIM technology was used to reduce the construction costs of prefabricated building and the construction cost of the assembled building was controlled effectively and reasonably by dynamic monitoring control technique. By comparing the feasibility and efficiency of BIM technology in the example, the whole element dynamic monitoring control of BIM technology was embedded in the assembly type construction, and the BIM technology was used to monitor the assembly construction in real time in order to obtain the balance between resource allocation and construction efficiency, so as to minimize the cost and maximize the benefit.
