摘要 检验紫外分光光度法测定水中硝酸盐氮含量结果的可靠性.按照国家环境标准"硝酸盐氮的测定,紫外分光光度法HJ/T346-2007"规定的方法,测定试样中硝酸盐氮含量,并依据GB/T27418-2017《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对测定结果进行不确定度评定.标准样品的测定结果为1.257 mg/L,国家水质硝酸盐氮的标准样品(GBW(E)080198/150102)标准值及扩展不确定度为1.27±0.06 mg/L,(k=2),说明标准样品测定结果与标准值相吻合.因此,以此标准样品为标准测定水中硝酸盐氮含量是完全可靠的. This paper tests the reliability of the results of the determination of nitrate nitrogen content in water through ultraviolet spectrophotometry. It determined the content of nitrate nitrogen according to the national environmental standard "Determination of nitrate nitrogen·ultraviolet spectrophotometry HJ/T346-2007", and evaluated the uncertainty of the determination results according to GB/T 27418-2017 "Evaluation and expression of determination uncertainty". The results of standard sample determination are 1.257 mg/L, and the standard value and expanded uncertainty of national standard sample of nitrate nitrogen(GBW(E) 080198/150102) are 1.27±0.06 mg/L(k=2), which shows that the results of standard sample determination are consistent with the standard value. Therefore, it is completely reliable to use this standard sample as the standard to determine nitrate nitrogen content in water.
