摘要
新疆是地震多发区,区内广泛分布着砾石土,很适合推广土工格栅加筋陡坡路堤.这不仅因为加筋路堤具有优越的抗震性能,还因为土工格栅对包括砾石土在内的粗粒土有良好的加筋效果.但实际上加筋路堤在新疆公路建设中还没有具体应用.为了推动这项工作,在新疆某山区公路上修建了两段试验路堤,通过埋设在路堤内的柔性位移计和土压力盒,采用远程自动监测手段,对填土过程中和路堤竣工后约8个月时间内的土工格栅拉伸应变、特定点的竖直和水平土压力进行了连续观测.试验结果发现:在工作荷载下,土工格栅的拉伸应变绝大多数不超过1%,最大值不超过1.5%;路堤内的实测竖直和水平土压力都小于理论值,测点越深,与理论值相差越大;坡面防护结构所受到的侧向土压力很小,大多数接近为0.
Xinjiang is an earthquake-prone region and is widely distributed with gravel soil, which is very suitable for the promotion of geogrid reinforced steep embankment. Because reinforced embankment has excellent seismic performance, and geogrid has good reinforcement effect on coarse soil including gravel soil. But in fact reinforced embankment has not been applied in Xinjiang highway construction. In order to promote the application of reinforced embankment, two sections of test embankment were built on a mountain highway in Xinjiang. Through the flexible displacement meter and earth pressure box embedded in the embankment, the geogrid tensile strain, vertical and horizontal earth pressure at specific points during the filling process and about 8 months after the completion of the embankment were continuously observed by remote automatic monitoring. The test results show that under the working load, the tensile strain of geogrid is mostly less than 1%, and the maximum value is less than 1.5%;The measured vertical and horizontal earth pressures in embankment are less than the theoretical values, and the deeper the measuring point, the greater the difference from the theoretical values. The lateral earth pressure on the slope protection structure is very small, most of which is close to 0.
