摘要
煤灰的结渣问题与煤灰的熔融性有很大的关系。在液态排渣技术研究日益深入的同时,本文探究了不同氧化钙和氧化铁掺量对煤灰熔融性的影响,并通过对比DT、ST、HT和FT的变化,探究氧化钙和氧化铁对煤灰熔融性影响的内在机理。结果表明,氧化钙对煤灰熔融性的影响,随着氧化钙的增加,抑制了其中的莫来石的生成,继而降低了熔融性温度;而氧化铁则与硅酸铝盐的物质生成低熔点物质,进而从一开始就可降低煤灰的熔融性。
The slagging problem of coal ash is closely related to the fusibility of coal ash. At the same time,the influence of different calcium oxide and iron oxide content on the fusibility of coal ash has been explored. By comparing the changes of DT,ST,HT and FT, the intrinsic mechanism of the influence of calcium oxide and iron oxide on the fusibility of coal ash has been explored. The results show that the effect of calcium oxide on the fusibility of coal ash inhibits the formation of mullite and then reduces the melting temperature with the increase of calcium oxide, while iron oxide and aluminium silicate form low melting point substances, which can reduce the fusibility of coal ash from the beginning.
