摘要
高校实验室建设与发展指标数据间相关性较为复杂,导致实验室建设效益分析难度较大,数据无法对实验室的发展决策提供有效支撑。使用主成分分析法,基于2015年湖北省普通本科高校实验室基础数据,对高校实验室建设与发展所涵盖的35个分项指标进行优化,构建了包含“实验室硬件资源、实验室软件资源、实验室科研服务能力、实验室教学支撑能力、实验室规模与级别、实验室教学改革与成效”6个主成分因子的实验室建设发展评价指数,评价指数对原有指标体系的解释吻合度达到87.482%,能够较完整地反映实验室建设与发展状态,为实验室建设效益评价及发展决策提供了新的方法。
The evaluation index system of the laboratory in the university can fully reflect construction and development status of the evaluated laboratory. However,due to the complex correlation between indicators,it is difficult to analyze the benefit of laboratory construction. Taking Hubei province as an example,this paper analyzes the basic data of laboratories in 2015. 35 indicators are compressed to 6 items by using principal component analysis. They are laboratory hardware resources,laboratory software resources,laboratory research and service capabilities,laboratory teaching support ability,laboratory scale and level and reform and effectiveness of experimental teaching. Such 6 indicators can explain up to 87.482% of the original index system. This study can provide a reference and a new perspective for research in related fields.
