高校体育开设普拉提选项课的可行性分析 被引量:3

摘要 在体医融合的背景下,普拉提作为核心及康复训练的手段,有利于大学生身体姿态的改善.本研究通过文献分析与问卷调查,对高校体育开设普拉提选项课的可行性进行探讨.研究发现,高校学生的体质状况亟需改善;高校具备良好的体育设施条件;且高校较长的体育课程周期和较专业的师资是开展普拉提课程的有利条件.综上,高校体育开设普拉提选项课具备较好的可行性.未来研究可通过课程整合、加强普拉提师资的培养、大力推广普拉提健康知识等,进一步促进普拉提课程在高校中的开展与完善. As the awareness of fitness is becoming more important in physical education classroom, Pilates, which is a training method for core muscles and rehabilitation, is gaining more popularity among university students as it helps to correct student’s body posture. Through literature analysis and questionnaires, It explore the feasibility of offering Pilates as an optional module in college physical education curriculum. It suggest that the need to improve the fitness level for university students is urgent, and the better conditions of sports facilities, and the long duration of physical education module and professional instructors in university also enable university to open Pilate class as an optional module in physical education. Therefore, it is feasible to offer Pilates optional course in college physical education. I also point out that research in the future can look into the integration of classes, the training of professional Pilate instructors and the public education on fitness knowledge concerning Pilate, and how these methods help to establish Pilate classes in university student’s Physical Education curriculum.
