摘要
为了改进重介质旋流器的不足,结合前人对重介质旋流器中多相流进行的基础研究,提出了一种结构新型的两产品重介质旋流器,建立了旋流器试验系统。通过试验证明了该新型重介质旋流器改良了传统的重介质旋流器存在的缺陷,其独特的溢流管设计,既减小了旋流器内部的紊流,又弱化了中间空气柱效果,不仅提高了分选精度,而且降低了能耗。
In order to make up the deficiencies of the H.M.cyclone,a structurally innovative 2-product version is proposed based on the basic research work previously made by researchers on multiphase flow in heavy medium cyclone.As evidenced by test conducted with a testing system,the inherent deficiencies of the traditional heavy medium cyclones have been thoroughly remedied.The development of the overflow tube of the unique design makes it possible to reduce the turbulent flow and the adverse effect of the intermediate air column in the cyclone,attributing to,therefore,not only improved separation precision but also reduced enersy consumption.
