TMCP技术在高强钢生产中的应用

摘要 热轧板带生产时采用的TMCP技术,在节约合金元素和提高带钢性能方面发挥了重要作用。针对河钢唐钢1580线层冷系统的现状问题,对现有层冷设备、控制系统和模型进行了升级改造。通过更换TurboCooling加密型层冷装置、增加测温计、更新层冷模型及控制服务器等措施,1580线层冷系统卷取温度的控制精度由原来的±20℃提高到±15℃。利用此层冷控制模型成功开发了HR440/590HE铁贝双相高扩钢,具有良好的应用市场。 TMCP technology of hot-rolled strip production plays an important role in saving alloy elements and improving the properties of strip steel. In view of the present situation of the 1580 line layer cooling system in Tangsteel, the existing layer cooling equipment, control system and model are upgraded and reformed. By replacing Turbo Cooling cryptographic layer cooling device, adding thermometer, updating layer cooling model and controlling server, the coiling temperature control accuracy of 1580 line cooling system has been improved from original (+20 ℃) to (+15 ℃). HR440/590HE dual-phase high expansion steel has been successfully developed by using this layer cooling control model, which has a good application market.
