摘要
文中通过对驾驶员、危化品、装载工具、车辆、环境、管理因素进行综合评价,建立了所有因素影响下的危化品运输安全风险评估指标体系。运用层次分析法(AHP)确定了各项风险占总风险的权重值,针对结果对风险进行评估预警,为消除安全隐患提供帮助。
Based on the comprehensive evaluation of drivers,dangerous chemicals,loading tools,vehicles,environment and management factors,a risk assessment index system for transport safety of hazardous chemicals under the influence of all the influencing factors has been established in this paper.Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP),the weight value of each risk to total risk is determined,and the risk is evaluated and early-warning according to the result,which can help to eliminate the hidden danger of safety.
