摘要
随着国家大力发展新能源公共交通政策的推进,公共交通充电设施地建设不断地发展扩大。充电桩与电动公共交通密不可分,对于保障新能源公共交通正常运行不可或缺。而公共交通充电桩的运营管理尚且处于起步阶段,文章首先分析了目前充电桩运营管理的现状;然后从管理模式、软件系统、充电管控模式和应急充电流程四个方面设计一套充电桩运营管理方案;最后针对深圳市公共交通充电桩运营管理提出有效性建议。文章将为公共交通汽车充电桩寻求合理的运营管理方案,对城市公共交通的发展和建设具有很好的指导意义。
With the development of new energy public transport policy, the construction of public transport charging facilities continues to develop and expand. Charging pile is closely related to electric public transport, which is indispen -sable to ensure the normal operation of new energy public transport. However, the operation and management of charging pile in public transport is still in its infancy. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of charging pile operation and management. Then a set of charging pile operation management scheme is designed from four aspects: management mode, software system, charging control mode and emergency charging flow. Finally, some effective suggestions are put forward for the operation and management of Shenzhen public transport charging pile. This article will be for public transport. It is of great significance for the development and construction of urban public transportation to seek a reasonable operation and management scheme of car charging pile.
