摘要
为了探索大球盖菇的高产栽培技术,进行了不同栽培料(秸秆)处理对大球盖菇生长及产量影响的比较试验,同时分析了大球盖菇栽培前后土壤理化性质的差异。结果表明:熟料栽培(处理3)下的大球盖菇单位面积平均产量、生物转化率最高,其单位面积平均产量与生料栽培(处理1)和发酵料栽培(处理2)相比分别提高214.3%和60.2%,其生物转化率分别提高了78.62、43.29个百分点;且利用秸秆作为栽培料栽培大球盖菇可改良土壤理化性质,增强土壤肥力,改善土壤酸碱性等。
In order to explore the high-yield cultivation technologies of Stropharia rugosoannulata,the effects of different cultivation methods on the growth and yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata were compared, and the differences in soil physical and chemical properties before and after cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata were analyzed. The results showed that the average yield and bioconversion rate of Stropharia rugosoannulata under clinker cultivation(treatment 3) were the highest, and the average yield per unit area was increased by 214.3% and 60.2% respectively compared with the cultivation of raw materials(treatment 1) and fermented materials(treatment 2), and bioconversion rate was increased by 78.62 and 43.29 percentage points respectively. Moreover, using straw as the cultivation material to cultivate Stropharia rugosoannulata could improve soil physical and chemical properties, enhance soil fertility and improve soil acidity and alkalinity.
