摘要
目的 探讨连南地区瑶族遗传背景下HLA-B *1502基因的分布频率。方法 选取2016年1月至2018年10月在连南瑶族自治县人民医院住院的805例患者为研究对象。采用实时定量聚合酶链反应检测患者HLA-B *1502的表达,比较瑶族人群和非瑶族人群HLA-B *1502基因阳性率、基因频率,分析影响瑶族人群HLA-B *1502基因阳性率的因素。结果 广东省清远市连南地区瑶族人群HLA-B *1502基因阳性率为 13.39 %,基因频率为0.103;而非瑶族人群的HLA-B *1502基因阳性率为16.35%,基因频率为0.123。两组患者的HLA-B *1502基因阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ 2=1.079, P =0.299)。HLA-B *1502阳性的瑶族患者的平均年龄为(51.63±17.87)岁,明显高于HLA-B *1502阴性的瑶族患者的平均年龄[(47.07± 20.92 )岁, t = 2.187, P =0.029]。结论 广东省清远市连南地区瑶族人群HLA-B *1502基因频率为0.103,且HLA-B *1502携带情况与年龄存在一定关系。
Objective To study the frequency of HLA-B *1502 in the population of Yao nationality in Liannan area of Qingyuan city in Guangdong province. Methods A total of 805 patients in People′s Hospital of Liannan Yao Autonomous County from January 2016 to October 2018 were involved in this study.Real-time PCR was employed to assess the expression of HLA-B *1502 in patients.The gene positive ratio and frequency of HLA-B *1502 were calculated and compared between Yao nationality population and non-Yao nationality population.And impact factors of the positive ratio of HLA-B *1502 in the population of Yao nationality were analyzed. Results The positive ratio of HLA-B *1502 in the population of Yao nationality in Liannan area of Qingyuan city was 13.39%,and its frequency was 0.103.However,the positive ratio in non-Yao nationality group was 16.35% and its frequency was 0.123.There was no different on positive ratio of HLA-B *1502 between the two groups ( P >0.05).The average age of patients with positive HLA-B *1502 was (51.63± 17.87 ) years old,which was obviously higher than (47.07±20.92) years old in patients with negative HLA-B *1502 ( t =2.187, P =0.029). Conclusion The gene frequency of HLA-B *1502 in the population of Yao nationality in Liannan area of Qingyuan city is 0.103.The positive ratio of HLA-B *1502 associated with patients′ age.
