油浸式变压器着火时排油安全性和处理流程分析 被引量:4

摘要 变压器着火时危险性较大,需要采取正确的处理措施,才能将危险和损失降到最小。按照国家标准,油浸式变压器均需要配置事故排油池,但没有明确事故排油池使用的条件。对油浸式变压器绝缘油的性质、爆炸和燃烧形式、排油设施结构进行了燃烧热力学分析,研究了变压器着火燃烧的过程和排油的安全性。结合相关标准,总结了油浸式变压器着火的处理流程。分析结论表明,变压器火灾时排油是安全的,同时应做好排油设施—排油管、贮油坑及事故油池的配合设计和卵石的维护。 Fire of transformers are of great danger and correct treatment must be taken to minimize the risk and loss. According to the national standards, emergency oil discharge pool should be prepared for oil-immersed transformers. While the usage condition of the emergency oil discharge pool is not clearly defined. Considering the properties and explosion and combustion forms of the transformer insulation oil, and the structure of the oil discharge equipment, a thermodynamic analysis is carried out to study the ignition and fire process of the oil-immersed transformer and the safety of the oil discharge process is evaluated. Then, the fire treatment procedure of oil-immersed transformers is summarized considering relevant standards. The results show that it is safe to discharge the insulation oil in case of transformer fire. However, the oil discharge facilities including the oil discharge pipe, oil storage pit and emergency oil pool should be designed coordinately and the maintenance of the pebble material should be done well.
