摘要 目的探讨预防接种智能手机应用(APP)对广西免疫规划工作的效果,为推广“互联网+预防接种”新服务模式提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,选取广西5个市的1~2岁、2~3岁和7~8岁三个年龄组的适龄儿童,分为关联和未关联预防接种APP组(干预组和对照组)。利用免疫规划信息系统(CIIMS)分析比较两组适龄儿童的疫苗接种情况。结果1~2岁年龄段两组儿童的基础五苗全程接种率分别为94.35%和86.99%(χ^2=5,519.53,P<0.05);7~8岁年龄段两组儿童的白喉破伤风联合疫苗接种率分别为99.44%和96.37%(χ^2=785.02,P<0.05),A+C群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗第二剂次的接种率分别为92.28%和87.80%(χ^2=523.11,P<0.05);2~3岁年龄段两组儿童的含麻类疫苗第一剂次的及时率分别为76.44%和68.75%(χ^2=2,705.93,P<0.05),第二剂次的及时率分别为67.41%和56.39%(χ^2=4,648.36,P<0.05)。结论预防接种APP能有效提高儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率和及时率。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Immunization Smartphone Applications (APP) on the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) in Guangxi,and to provide a basis for promotion of the new service model of “Internet+Vaccination”. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to select children aged 1-2, 2-3 and 7-8 in five cities of Guangxi. The children were divided into two groups: APP group (intervention group) and no APP group (control group). The vaccination status between children of two groupd was analyzed and compared by using immune planning information system (CIIMS). Results The full vaccination rates of five vaccines (BCG, HepB, DTaP, PV, MCV1) were 94.35% and 86.99%, respectively (χ^2=5,519.53, P<0.05) in two groups of the children of 1-2 years of age. Among the children of two groups aged 7-8 years, the vaccination rates of diphtheria and tetanus combined vaccine were 99.44% and 96.37%(χ^2=785.02, P<0.05), and the vaccination rates of second dose of A+C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine group were 92.28% and 87.80% respectively (χ^2=523.11, P<0.05). The timely rate of the first dose of measles-containing vaccine in two groups of children aged 2-3 years was 76.44% and 68.75%(χ^2=2,705.93, P<0.05), and the timely rate of the second dose was 67.41% and 56.39%(χ^2=4,648.36, P<0.05), respectively. Conclusion The APP of immunization can effectively improve the vaccination rate and timeliness rate of children immunization program.
