摘要
目的探讨静脉窦内接触性溶栓治疗脑出血并脑静脉窦血栓形成的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取江门市新会区第二人民医院2016年5月-2018年3月收治的脑出血并脑静脉窦血栓形成患者25例,随机分为对照组12例和观察组13例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者给予静脉窦内接触性溶栓治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者mRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2个疗程后观察组患者mRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉窦内接触性溶栓治疗脑出血并脑静脉窦血栓形成的临床疗效确切,可有效改善血栓情况,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of intravenous contact thrombolysis for cerebral hemorrhage complicated with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis.Methods A total of 25 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral venous sinus thrombosis were selected from May 2016 to March 2018 in the Second People’s Hospital of Xinhui District Jiangmen City,which were randomly divided into control group(n=12)and observation group(n=13).The control group was given routine treatment,the observation group was given intravenous contact thrombolysis.The clinical efficacy and the mRS score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the mRS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1 or 2 courses of treatment,the observation group of mRS score was lower than control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous contact thrombolysis is clinically effective for cerebral hemorrhage complicated with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis,it can effectively improve the thrombosis,and with high safety.
