摘要
促凝血药是指能促进血液凝固或降低毛细血管通透性,制止出血的药物,本文将常用的促凝血药按作用机制分类,并比较不同药物的不良反应和使用注意事项。为避免促凝血药的不合理使用而引起不良反应,临床使用时应注意根据其止血作用机制掌握其适应证,从而选择合适药物并关注其注意事项。
Coagulation-promoting drugs refer to drugs that can promote blood coagulation or reduce capillary permeability and stop bleeding.In this paper,the commonly used anticoagulant drugs were classified according to the mechanism of action,and the adverse reactions and matters needing attention of different drugs were compared.In order to avoid adverse reactions caused by irrational use of anticoagulants,clinical use should pay attention to grasp its indications according to its hemostatic mechanism,so as to select appropriate drugs and pay attention to its matters needing attention.
