摘要
世界一流军队不能没有世界一流的军事医学。为推进我军军事医学创新发展,使其早日达到世界一流水平,首要措施是系统论证未来30年的发展战略。战略需求是伤病救治、健康维护、能力促进;指导原则是坚持全维健康、坚持平战结合、坚持军民融合;主要策略是升级军事临床医学、拓展军事预防医学、创建军事能力医学。
World-leading military medicine is indispensable for a military world-leader.To make military medicine in China a world-leader,it is essential to start the overall design of next 30 years' military medicine.The bottom line is to meet the demands of treatment of wounds and diseases,health maintenance and performance enhancement.The general principals are sticking to the full dimensional health standards,combination of peace time medical research with war time needs,and integration of the military with the civilian.Effective solutions include the new development of military clinical medicine,expansion of the range of military preventive medicine and establishment of military performance medicine.
