摘要
[目的/意义]近年来,网络用户隐私泄露事件频发,互联网平台隐私政策也随之受到越来越多的关注。文章从用户视角出发,对医疗问诊APP隐私政策的认知及其各影响因素之间的关系进行深入研究。[方法/过程]通过扎根理论方法并结合半结构化访谈的方式,对用户进行访谈并据此进行编码和分析,得出151个初始概念,31个范畴和7个主范畴。[结果/结论]通过用户、环境、平台、政策四个维度,提炼出表现关系、因果关系、中介关系和反馈关系四个层面,最终构建出用户对于医疗问诊APP隐私政策的认知影响因素框架模型,以期可以从用户视角对于医疗问诊APP隐私政策的制定和实施等提供参考建议。
[Purpose/significance] In recent years, internet user privacy leaks have occurred frequently, and Internet platform privacy policies have received more and more attention. From the user’s perspective, this paper conducts an in-depth study of the relationship between the perception of the medical inquiry APP privacy policy and its influencing factors.[Method/process ] Based on the grounded theory and semi-structured interview, the user was interviewed and then coded and analyzed, and 151 initial concepts, 31 categories and 7 main categories were obtained.[ Result/conclusion ] Through the 4 dimensions of user, environment ,platform and policy, the four levels of performance relationship, causal relationship, intermediary relationship and feedback relationship are extracted, and finally the influence factors framework of users' cognition of medical inquiry APPs' privacy policy is constructed. It is expected to provide reference for the formulation and implementation of the medical inquiry APPs' privacy policy from the user' s perspective.
