摘要
中医院医务人员发展直接影响到我国中医药卫生事业发展,在新医改背景下,如何抓住机会利用优势、规避劣势和威胁成为亟待探讨的问题,本文通过分析中医院医务人员自身的优势与劣势,结合外部环境中存在的机会和威胁,提出把握新医改政策,保持中医药传统优势,落实绩效改革,肯定医务人员劳动价值,建立符合社会主义市场经济的竞争性人才市场等策略,为中医卫生人力资源发展提供参考。
The development of TCM professionals directly affects the development of TCM health undertakings. In the context of healthcare reform, how to seize the opportunity, to use the strength, to avoid the weakness and threat becomes urgently needs to discuss. In order to provide reference for the development of TCM health human resources, this paper analyzes strengths and weaknesses of TCM professionals, combines the opportunities and threats in the external environment. Then it proposes to grasp the healthcare reform policy and maintain the traditional advantages of TCM, to implement the performance reform and affirm the value of medical professionals, to establish a competitive talent market in line with socialist market economy and other strategies.
