摘要
目的 探讨在小儿静脉输液护理中引入基于同理心关怀式情感管理的效果及价值。方法 选取本院儿科2017年5月至2018年6月收治的94例静脉输液患儿分为两组,常规组(n=47)行常规护理,干预组(n=47)行基于同理心关怀式情感管理的护理干预,观察患儿1次穿刺成功率、家属信任程度等情况。结果 干预组患儿输液配合优良率为89.36%、1次穿刺成功率为91.49%,均显著高于常规组的72.34%、76.60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患儿输液不良事件、不良反应总发生率分别为4.26%、4.26%,均显著低于常规组的27.66%、19.15%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组家属信任程度、护理满意程度评分均显著高于常规组(均P<0.05)。结论 小儿静脉输液护理中加强基于同理心关怀式情感护理管理,可有效提高1次穿刺成功率,提升家属信任度,获得更理想的护理效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect and value of introducing empathic care-based emotional management into intravenous infusion nursing for children.Methods Ninety-four children undergoing intravenous infusion at our pediatric department from May,2017 to June,2018 were divided into a routine group(n=47),receiving routine nursing care,and an intervention group(n=47),receiving nursing intervention based on empathic caring emotional management.The success rate of puncture and the trust degree of the family members were observed.Results The excellent and good rate of infusion cooperation and the success rate of puncture in the intervention group were 89.36%and 91.49%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the routine group(72.34%and 76.60%)(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events and adverse reactions in the intervention group were 4.26%and 4.26%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(27.66%and 19.15%)(P<0.05).The scores of family trust and nursing satisfaction in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the management of emotional nursing based on empathy care in the nursing of children's intravenous infusion can effectively improve the success rate of puncture at one time,enhance the trust of family members,and obtain better nursing effect.
