摘要
采用不同组分的煤液化调和柴油和国Ⅵ柴油分别进行XUD-9台架试验,试验结果表明:在不加任何清净剂的情况下,使用煤液化调和柴油的喷嘴空气流量损失率为72.36%,使用国Ⅵ柴油的喷嘴空气流量损失率为85.93%;在两种油品中分别加入相同剂量的保洁型清净剂和清洗型清净剂之后,使用煤液化调和柴油的喷嘴空气流量损失率分别为21.36%和12.25%,使用国Ⅵ柴油的喷嘴空气流量损失率为67.32%和19.23%。另外在煤液化调和柴油和国Ⅵ柴油中分别加入不同梯度的保洁型清净剂,随着剂量的增加,煤液化调和柴油对清净剂的敏感性优于国Ⅵ柴油。
The experiments for China Ⅵ diesel and blended fuel mixed with different components of coal liquefaction were respectively conducted on the XUD-9 bench.The test results showed that the nozzle air flow loss rates for blended and pure fuel were 72.36% and 85.93% respectively without any detergent,were 21.36% and 67.32% after adding the same amount of retaining detergent and were 12.25% and 19.23% after adding the cleaning detergent.In addition,the sensitivity of coal liquefaction mixing diesel to detergency was superior to that of China Ⅵ diesel with the increase of addition after adding different grades of retaining detergent.
