摘要
核能是当前应用最为广泛的新型能源之一,具有清洁无污染、能量密度高、综合成本低、无供电间隙性等优点,且目前技术已经相对比较成熟。随着我国能源结构的调整和对环境保护的日益重视,我国目前正大力发展核电项目,降低化石能源消费比重。但是,作为核电发展重要支撑设备的核电仪器仪表发展缓慢。近年来,在国家政策的支持下,我国在核电仪器仪表领域取得了一些进步,在仪控系统、核级仪器仪表等方面推出了一批国产化产品。但在核电仪器仪表领域还存在一些短板,还有相当一部分产品依赖进口。比如1E级电容原理压力变送器基本依赖进口。究其原因,并非是防核辐射、抗地震等方面,主要是压力变送器本身的静压、稳定性等基本性能不能满足要求。对基于电容原理的压力变送器常用烧结材料进行对比分析,选择、依据更利于压力传感器温度性能稳定的材料特性,采用专用的传感器烧结技术,解决传感器烧结的炸裂问题,提高传感器烧结合格率、品质及稳定性。
Nuclear energy is one of the most widely used new energy sources.It has the advantages of clean and pollution-free,high energy density,low comprehensive cost and no power supply gap,etc.,and the current technology is relatively mature.With the adjustment of energy structure and increasing emphasis on environmental protection,our country is currently vigorously developing nuclear power projects to reduce the proportion of fossil energy consumption.However,the development of nuclear power instrumentation as an important supporting equipment for nuclear power is still slow.In recent years,with the support of national policies,China has made some progress in the field of nuclear power instrumentation and developed a number of localized products of instrument control systems.However,there are still some shortcomings in the field of nuclear instrumentation,and a considerable part of products are dependent on imports.For example,the 1 E-class capacitive pressure transmitter basically relies on imports.The main reason is not the radiation protection,seismic resistance,etc.,but the basic performance of the pressure transmitter itself,such as static pressure and stability cannot meet the requirements.Comparative analysis and selection of commonly used sintered materials for the pressure transducers of capacitive principle are conducted,according to the material properties that are more conducive to the temperature performance of the pressure sensor,a special sensor sintering technology is adopted to solve the problem of sintering cracking of the sensor and improve the sintering pass rate,quality and stability of the sensor.
