摘要
对航空发动机叶片振动非接触式的微波测量方式与应变片测量方式进行了对比研究。通过分析应变片应力信号相关模型和算法反算出叶片振幅,并与微波测量结果进行了对比。在模拟叶片上,两种测量方式进行了对比实验,数据结果证明了这种非接触式测量方式的可行性和准确性。该测量方法还可用于其他的旋转叶片的振动测量和分析。
The non-contact microwave measurement method and the strain gauge measurement method for aeroengine blade vibration are compared.The blade amplitude was inversely calculated by analyzing the strain gauge stress signal correlation model and algorithm,and compared with the microwave measurement results.On the simulated blade,two measurement methods were compared.The data confirmed the feasibility and accuracy of this non-contact measurement method.This measurement method can also be used for vibration measurement and analysis of other rotating blades.
