摘要
在国家提出“一带一路”的倡议后,商丘获得良好的发展契机,同时“一带一路”战略倡议也对商丘导游人才的发展带来了新的发展契机和挑战。文章主要从研究背景及相关综述着手,进而研究“一带一路”背景下商丘导游人才的现状及存在问题,在前面研究的基础上对“一带一路”背景下商丘导游人才胜任力指标进行提取,并对其进行了因子分析,最后对“一带一路”背景下商丘市导游人才胜任力模型进行构建,并从四个方面提出了建议。
After the country put forward“the Belt and Road Initiatives”,Shangqiu has achieved good development opportunities.At the same time,“the Belt and Road”strategic initiative has also brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of tour guide talents in Shangqiu.The article starts from the research background and related reviews,and then studies the current situation and existing problems of tour guide talents in Shangqiu under the background of“the Belt and Road Initiatives”.On the basis of the previous research,the competency indicators of tour guide talents in Shangqiu under the background of“the Belt and Road Initiatives”was extracted and factor analysis was carried out.Finally,the competency model of tour guide talents in Shangqiu city under the background of“the Belt and Road Initiatives”is constructed,and suggestions are put forward from four aspects.
