摘要
去过剩产能、推进供给侧结构性改革是实现经济持续稳健发展的必然选择。河北省的产业发展情况使得其在这一进程中面临着更大的压力,其中职工的安置是最为重要的问题,而且随着去产能的深化这一问题将更为严峻。探析了当前河北省去产能过程中职工安置工作的现状及存在的问题,并提出了相应的意见建议,对这一问题的解决作提供有益的参考。
Reducing excess capacity and promoting structural reform on supply side are inevitable choices to achieve sustained economic development.Hebei Province faces greater pressure in this process because of its industrial structure.Among these problems,staff resettlement is the most important,and it will become more serious with the deepening of de-capacity.In this paper,the current situation and existing problems in staff resettlement in de-capacity process of Hebei province was explores,then the suggestions were put forward in order to provide useful reference for the solution of this problem.
