摘要
医药卫生体制的深化改革带来了公立医院管理体制、人事薪酬制度、考评机制等革新,新医改下医护群体的思想也随之变化,做好医护人员的思想政治教育工作是公立医院良性发展的助推剂。因此,只有重点剖析当下公立医院医护群体思想政治教育工作面临的困境,提出可行性对策,才能让思想政治教育在公立医院真正发挥思想树人的作用。
The deepening reform of the medical and health system has brought about the innovation of public hospital management system,personnel payroll system and evaluation mechanism.In the context of new medical reform policy,the thought of medical care group is also changing,and the ideological and political education of medical staff becomes the booster of the positive development of public hospitals.Therefore,it is only by analyzing the predicament of ideological and political education of medical care group in public hospitals and proposing feasible countermeasures that the ideological and political education can truly play the role of cultivating people in public hospitals.
