摘要
目的探讨Parks切口斜视矫正术对斜视患者术后单视功能及预后的影响。方法25例双眼斜视患者,均行Parks切口斜视矫正术,比较手术前和手术后6个月单视功能和6个月后并发症发生情况。结果手术后6个月,患者具有单视功能20例(80.0%),明显高于术前的10例(40.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后6个月患者发生并发症2例,并发症发生率为8.0%。结论Parks切口斜视矫正术治疗斜视患者可以明显改善患者的视功能,值得在临床推广。
Objective To discuss the effect of Parks incision strabismus correction on monocular function and prognosis of strabismus patients. Methods A total of 25 patients with binocular strabismus underwent Parks incision strabismus correction. The monocular function before operation and 6 months after operation and occurrence of complications after 6 months were compared. Results At 6 months after operation, patients had obviously better monocular function 20 cases (80.0%) than 10 cases (40.0%) before operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). At 6 months after operation, there were 2 cases with complications, with incidence of complications as 8.0%. Conclusion Parks incision strabismus correction can obviously improve the visual function of strabismus patients, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
