摘要
目前,留学生已成为教育对外开放的重要媒介。在“一带一路”倡议背景下,我国政府采取了一系列政策举措推动教育对外开放,但在对留学生教育大规模的投入中,我国来华留学生教育仍然存在优质生源不足、跨文化差异明显、缺乏专业管理者等问题。因此,为进一步拓展我国教育对外开放渠道,在留学生教育上应进一步强化预科教育,提高来华留学生的生源质量;完善课程体系,突破文化差异的屏障;提升师资水平,创建国际化师资队伍。
At present,the international students are regarded as the important intermediaries in the opening-up of education.In the background of“The Belt and Road”strategy,our government has adopted a series of policy initiatives to promote the opening-up of education,but there are still several problems in the education of foreign students in China with the massive government investment,such as insufficient applicants of high-quality students,obvious cross-cultural differences and the lack of professional managers.Hence,in order to further expand the channels of the opening-up of China’s education,we should further strengthen preparatory education of the international students to improve the quality of students,perfect the curriculum system to break through the barrier of cultural differences and enhance the professional level of teachers for establishing the highly-internationalized faculty.
