摘要
为了解决新一代天气雷达发射机灯丝和磁场电源组件故障频发,维修时间长,难度大等困难,提出了一种能够快速、便捷、高效、安全地快速检测新一代天气雷达灯丝和磁场电源组件关键芯片的检测方案。采用机外脱机测试方法保证雷达设备和人身的安全。采用发光二极管指示灯输出测试结果的快速测试方式保证雷达修复的时效。该方案直接测试雷达灯丝和磁场电源组件内部电路板常用关键芯片,而不是更换整个笨重的分机组件备件,从而使得维修新一代天气雷达灯丝和磁场电源组件故障变得便捷高效。新一代天气雷达灯丝和磁场电源组件快速检修方案在多个台站得到了试用,结果表明检修灯丝和磁场电源组件故障变得简单方便,大大缩短了故障检修时间,因此可以给全国其他新一代天气雷达站快速维修新一代天气雷达灯丝和磁场电源组件提供借鉴和参考。
In order to solve the problems of frequent faults, long maintenance time and great difficulty in filament and magnetic field power supply components of the new generation weather radar transmitter, a fast, convenient, efficient and safe detection scheme for key chips of filament and magnetic field power supply components of the new generation weather radar is proposed. The off-line test method is adopted to ensure the safety of radar equipment and human body. The rapid test method of the LED lamp output test results is used to ensure the effectiveness of radar repair. This scheme directly tests the key chips commonly used in the internal circuit board of the radar filament and magnetic field power supply module?instead of replacing the whole bulky spare parts of the sub-unit, which makes it convenient and efficient to repair the faults of the new generation weather radar filament and magnetic field power supply module. The new generation weather radar filament and magnetic field power supply module fast overhaul scheme has been tried out in many stations. The results show that the overhaul of filament and magnetic field power supply module fault becomes simple and convenient, which greatly shortens the overhaul time. Therefore,the new generation weather radar filament and magnetic field power supply components can be quickly repaired and it will provide reference for other new generation weather radar stations in China.
