摘要
为了精确定位和判定光缆故障、缩短查障时间、降低作业成本、提升智能运检水平,实现对光缆线路的智能检测和精益管理,文章设计了一种基于移动互联技术的光缆快速寻障系统,系统包括基于光的Sagnac效应的现场测试终端、配套手机APP、云管理平台,该系统集成了光缆断点测距、识别、移动管控等功能,引进了"互联网+"检修理念,改进了传统OTDR检测方法,从而有效节约了人力、时间、费用,提升了光缆故障检测的高效性、便捷性、智慧性。
In order to accurately locate and determine the break of optical fiber, shorten the time of fault checking, reduce the cost of operating, and improve the level of intelligent maintenance, thus the intelligent detection and lean management of optical cable can be achieved, a fast optical fiber fault dectetion system based on mobile interconnection technology is designed and applied in this paper. The system includes a field test terminal based on Sagnac effect of light, a matching mobile phone APP and a cloud service platform. The system integrates several functions such as optical cable break point location, fault identification, mobile management and control etc. It also introduces the concept of “Internet Plus” to maintenance, and improves the traditional detection method with OTDR. As a result, the manpower, time and cost can be saved, while the efficiency, convenience and intelligence of fiber optic fault detection can be promoted.
