摘要
目的了解沪陕两地传染病防控体系激励机制覆盖程度,分析其与传染病发病率的相关性。方法收集上海市、陕西省公开发布的所有涉及传染病防控工作的政策文件,摘录并量化激励机制覆盖程度,运用Spearman相关、简单线性回归等方法分析激励机制覆盖程度与传染病发病率之间的关系。结果2000~2017年,沪陕两地激励机制覆盖程度分别由49.70%、39.81%上升到77.39%、61.41%,其与传染病发病率呈显著负相关关系(r=-0.80,-0.65(P<0.01),调整R^2分别为0.70(P<0.01)、0.18(P<0.05)。结论沪陕两地激励机制覆盖程度逐年上升,上海市优于陕西省,两地传染病发病率均随激励机制覆盖程度的提高而显著降低。
Objective To understand the coverage of incentive mechanism of infectious disease prevention and control system in Shanghai and Shaanxi,and analyze its correlation with infectious disease incidence. Methods All policy documents related to the prevention and control of infectious diseases published in Shanghai and Shaanxi were collected, and the incentive mechanism were quantified. Spearman correlation and linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between the coverage of infectious disease incentive mechanism and infectious disease incidence. Results The coverage of incentive mechanism of infectious disease prevention and control system of Shanghai and Shaanxi increased steadily, rising from 49. 70% and 39. 81% in 2000 to 77. 39% and 61. 41% in 2017 respectively. There was a significant negative correlation with the incidence of infectious diseases. The correlation coefficient was -0. 80 and -0. 65( P<0. 01)respectively,and the adjust R^2 was 0. 70in Shanghai( P<0. 01),and 0. 18 in Shaanxi( P<0. 05). Conclusion The coverage of incentive in Shanghai and Shaanxi is increasing year by year. Shanghai is better than Shaanxi. The incidence of infectious diseases significantly decreases with the increase of the coverage degree of incentive mechanism in both Shanghai and Shaanxi.
