摘要
为提升模具零件电镀质量及冲压钣金成形质量,介绍了模具零件电镀的原理及主要失效机理,并以某车型门内板为载体,研究模具零件电镀前后的检查与铬层修复方法。生产实践表明,通过采取电镀操作规范,相比原电镀方式,制件拉伤停线率由0.5%降低至0.12%,生产效率由80.4%提升至85.6%,可为延长模具铬层使用寿命与提升汽车覆盖件拉深成形质量提供借鉴。
In order to improve the electroplating quality of die parts and the forming quality of stamping plate, the electroplating principle and main failure mechanism of die parts were briefly introduced. Taking the inner door of a certain model as a carrier, the inspection and repair method of chromium layer of die parts before and after electroplating were studied. Production practice showed that after adopting the electroplating standard, the stop rate of parts nap defects reduced from 0.5% to 0.12%, and the production efficiency increased from 80.4% to 85.6%. It could provide a reference for prolonging the service life of chromium layer and improving the forming quality of drawing panels.
