摘要
异步联网方式下,送端电网的频率稳定问题需要重点关注。在直流系统发生闭锁性故障后,采用直流频率限制器(frequency limit controller FLC)进行故障调频能够抑制送端电网出现的高频问题。文中介绍了直流频率限制器的结构原理以及参数整定方法,并针对直流频率限制器退出时可能发生的"二次动作"现象提出延时及比例参数切换的方法进行优化。最后针对多回直流频率限制器间的协调问题,提出基于直流频率限制器作用系数的控制策略。结果表明,文中设计的FLC能够对电网频率稳定实现有效控制多回直流FLC协调控制策略可以防止出现过调节现象。
Forasynchronous interconnection system,when a DC blocking fault occurs in DC system,the high frequency generated in the sending end network can be suppressed by using the frequency limit controller(FLC).This paper introduces the structure and parameters tuning method of FLC,and proposes a parameters optimization method to avoid FLC to act again when the FLC exits.Aiming at the coordination problem among multiple FLCs,a control strategy based on FLC’s influencing coefficient is proposed.Further,an FLC is designed,and it is demonstrated that the FLC can realize effective control of frequency stability in the sending end network,and the control strategy for multiple FLCs can suppress the over tuning effectively.
