摘要
为进一步提高施工灌浆质量,如何借助现代智能技术实现对灌浆质量的检测,是当前建设工程信息化思考的重点。本文则针对上述的问题,提出一种基于传感器采集的灌浆质量检测系统。为实现对灌浆质量质量的检测,通过压力传感器、抬动传感器等完成基础数据的采集,然后通过单片机完成对数据的处理,并将数据发送给后台软件进行分析,最后给出部分软件实现流程。
In order to further improve the quality of construction grouting,how to use modern intelligent technology to realize the detection of grouting quality is the focus of current construction engineering informatization thinking.In view of the above problems,a grouting quality detection system based on sensor acquisition is proposed n this paper.In order to detect grouting quality,the basic data are collected by pressure sensor and lift sensor,and then processed by single chip computer.The data are sent to background software for analysis.Finally,some software implementation processes are given.
