摘要
为获得航空旋涡泵转速调整对设计性能的影响情况,利用高扬程自吸旋涡泵试验台及测量条件,开展不同转速工况下旋涡泵性能试验研究;利用计算流体力学仿真软件进行旋涡泵内部流场三维仿真计算,获得其内部流场特性,并开展了流动对输出性能影响的机理分析。通过对比旋涡泵输出扬程的试验与数值模拟结果,得到以下结论:航空旋涡泵扬程随吸入流量的增加而逐渐减小;在小流量情况下,泵效率随吸入流量的增加而提高;在大流量情况下,试验测量得到的泵效率表现为下降特征,而数值计算相反;泵轴功率随吸入流量的增加而逐渐减小。
In order to understand the influence of rotation rate adjustment of aeronautical vortex pump on the design performance, the experimental study of vortex pump performance under the condition of different rotation rates was carried out based on the establishment of experimental platform and measuring condition of high lift self-suction vortex pump. At the same time, three-dimensional simulation of internal flow field of vortex pump was carried out by using computational fluid dynamics simulation software, and the analysis of internal flow field characteristics of aeronautical vortex pump were obtained. By comparing experimental results with numerical simulation results, it is shown that the lift of aeronautical vortex pump decreases gradually with the increase of the suction flow rate at different rotation rates. For small flow rate, the pump efficiency increases with the increase of suction flow rate;however, for large flow rate, the efficiency of pump is characterized by decreasing performance;while the results from numerical calculation is opposite, the pump shaft power decreases with the increase of the suction flow suction.
