摘要
设计了一种基于隧道磁电阻(TMR)传感器的矿用钢丝绳断丝缺陷检测系统。阐述了系统励磁装置,硬件电路及软件的实现过程;搭建试验平台对表面分布有5处不同程度断丝缺陷的■ mm-19×7+IWR型油性钢丝绳进行在线检测。试验结果表明系统具有灵敏度高,温度稳定性好,信噪比高,体积小等优点;最小检测精度为金属断面损失0.4%的单根断丝缺陷,轴向最小分辨力达到5 mm,完全满足实际工程应用需求。
A fault detection system of mine wire rope based on tunnel magneto-resistance (TMR) sensor is designed, and the system excitation device, hardware circuit and software implementation are described. Then, experimental platform was set up and a Ф 16mm-19×7+IWR oily steel wire rope with five different degrees of broken wire defects on the surface was on-line tested. The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of high sensitivity, good temperature stability, high signal-tonoise ratio and small size. The minimum detection accuracy is a single broken wire defect with a loss of 0.4% of the metal section and the axial minimum resolution is 5 mm, which fully meets the requirements of practical engineering application.
