可控震源发动机作为震源的核心部件,需要在维修或者大修后进行专业的测试,而这样的测试支架只有发动机厂家或者专业的发动机测试服务公司才具备。阿尔及利亚项目目前有58台INOVA震源,使用的发动机都是底特律S60发动机。这些发动机在长期的使用过程中,出现故障或者达到大修的期限后需要进行修理,修理后必须经过长时间的测试后才能投入生产。项目部和哈西中心库机修组根据当前的情况,经过研究和分析,制作了底特律S60发动机的测试支架,通过半年时间的应用,该测试支架测试了13台大修后的底特律S60发动机,确保了维修后的发动机装上震源不需要调校就能直接使用。
The engine, as the core component of the vibrator, needs to be professionally tested after maintenance or major repairs, and only the engine manufacturers or professional engine testing service companies can have such a test platform. The Algerian project has 58 INOVA vibrators and all of the engines are Detroit S60. During the longterm use of these engines, they need to be repaired after they fail or reach the time limit for major repairs. And they must be tested for a long time before they can be put into production. According to the current situation, project department and the workshop of Hassi Warehouse have made a test platform for Detroit's S60 engine. Through half a year of application, the test platform has tested 13 overhauled Detroit S60 engines, which ensure that the engine can be used directly without adjusting the source after maintenance.
