摘要
第二课堂作为第一课堂的有机补充,是学校人才培养的重要组成部分。成果导向教育以学生的学习成果为导向设计课程和组织教育教学活动,对于推进第二课堂与第一课堂互动互补、互相促进,服务学校立德树人中心工作具有重要意义。以广东农工商职业技术学院改革实践为例,从贯穿式成果设定、弹性化课程实施及交叉式成果评价三方面论述成果导向教育理念下的第二课堂课程建设。
As an organic supplement of the first classroom, the second classroom is an important part of the talent training in schools. Outcome-based education has great significance in designing courses and organizing educational activities based on students' learningoutcome. It is of great significance to promote the interaction between the second class and the first class and to promote each other, and to serve the work of establishing a moral and social center in schools. Taking the reform practice of Guangdong Agriculture Industry Business Polytechnic as an example, this paper discusses the construction of the second classroom curriculum under the concept of outcome-oriented education from three aspects: through-the-way achievement setting, flexible curriculum implementation and crosssection achievement evaluation.
