摘要
中小企业是我国国民经济发展中的一支重要力量,但受2018年以来经济下行压力影响,其融资难的问题愈发突显。为缓和及解决这一难题,多地政府推出了针对性帮扶政策。立足于天津中小企业,横向对比分析天津中小企业融资政策及其他重点省市政策的差异,通过探究和分析差异的成因,有针对性地提出缓解融资难、融资贵问题的对策,为今后政策制定提供参考依据。
The small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) are an important force in the development of China’s national economy. However, under the downward pressure of the economic growth since 2018, their financing issues have become prominent increasingly. In order to alleviate and solve this problem, many governments have made targeted assistance policies. This paper analyzes the differences between Tianjin’s SME financing policies and those of other key provinces and main cities based on comparative perspective. By exploring and analyzing the reasons for the differences, this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures to alleviate the problems of difficult financing and costly financing, so as to provide reference for the future policy formulation.
